Pre-acquisition

During the pre-acquisition phase, we focus on identifying high-potential properties aligned with our investment strategy wherein significant value can be unlocked or created through transformative strategic initiatives. 

Our rigorous process includes:

  • sourcing suitable properties that meet our stringent criteria, 
  • conducting comprehensive analysis and due diligence,
  • structuring special purpose vehicles (SPVs) through which investment and related activities are executed, and 
  • securing financing for the properties.
Post-acquisition

Following acquisition, we implement and execute tailored strategic plans – covering design, development, construction, leasing, operation, and maintenance – while maintaining a sharp focus on cost control and revenue optimisation. 

This integrated approach enables us to reduce capital expenditure and operating expenses while increasing occupancy rates and rental income.
